Synopsis[]
- The demon-filled dimension known as "Mato" has opened, and a type of "peach" tree that grows there yields fruit that confers special powers to those who eat it, giving humanity a fighting chance, but this only works for women. As such, as protectors of humanity, women rise in social status while men are relegated to second-class citizens scraping for basic occupation and acknowledgment. Cue Yuuki Wakura, a domestically crafty high school senior whose sister was taken during a Mato event 5 years before; while lamenting the hardships of the life ahead of him, an event opens before him, and while being rescued from demons by Captain Kyouka of the Anti-Demon Corps, she confers him powers as her "slave" and turns him into a mighty beast mount that mows down the monsters. However, there is a surprising price to pay for being her Slave... and it's not him who has to pay it.

As the 7th Unit begins their assault on the Shuuki nest, make swift work of much of the creatures. When some form a goliath, Kyouka readies Yuuki only for Shushu to blitzed by a Humanoid Shuuki riding the one-horned. Seeing the target of her revenge, Kyouka and Yuuki race in as Himari is easily overwhelmed. Parried by the other rider, Kyouka's demands for answers are brushed off by the woman searching for her brother.[1] As she details what she remembers about her brother, Yuuki remains clueless as he and Kyouka battle until both realize she is Aoba and he is Yuuki. Dodging Kyouka, Aoba realizes the situation and makes her retreat instead. Incensed, Kyouka demands Yuuki follow only to see her unit overwhelmed and Yuuki racing to their rescue. Choosing between her target and unit, Kyouka strikes herself to focus and saves the 7th Unit. As they recover at their base, Kyouka gives Yuuki his reward.[2] Reflecting on the encounter and continuing the "reward", Yuuki felt the woman was Aoba but was uncertain, and that she might have been mutated by eaten so many Peaches, and rumors of humanoid Shuuki will send shocks to Japan upon reporting. Unfocused, Yuuki gets a confidence boost from Nei and he cooks dinner. Elsewhere, Aoba questions Yuuki's form from their encounter but shifts focus to the prospect of living together again in Mato. In Japan, new orders regarding the evolving Shuuki are made in the Anti-Demon Corps.[3]
Reflecting on the encounter in the bath, Yuuki is met by Shushu thanking him by offering to help wash him. Although she states she's naked, his disbelief has him see she was correct and flees in a fluster, only to run into a changing Himari. Her attempted murder of Yuuki is halted by the arrival of Chief Tenka Izumo and Vice-Chief Yachiho Azuma, the former of whom seems intrigued by Yuuki. Over tea, Tenka voices inter-unit cooperation in light of the humanoid Shuuki and the 3rd Unit's defeat by a separate hunamoid Shuuki. While Yachiho berates Himari for her defeat, Kyouka requests the 6th and 7th Units to partake in the Mato Exhibition Games under the premise of assessing their respective Unit's strength. As they'll need to await approval, Tenka thanks Kyouka before leaving with Yachiho, and Himari orders Yuuki to be her slave too.[4] As Himari enjoys some of Yuuki's ramen, she explains that the Exhibition Games are contests between Units, usually one sport chosen by captains. Kyouka informs them that they'll play three rounds of one-one-one combat, so they venture out to practice. Himari explains her base power, Noble Aspirations "Learning", allows her to duplicate other powers like Kyouka's Slave, thsu«which is why she needed Yuuki. When ambushed by a Shuuki, Himari states Kyouka told her she'd need to be willing to put her body on the line and uses Slave. Yuuki transforms, becoming Slave:Whirlwind and finds he gains in speed whilst sacrificing strength, so he rapid-fire strikes until all the attacking Shuuki die. An exhausted Yuuki asks why she chose Slave, but as she starts lecturing that he should be grateful for the work, her body automatically starts disrobing, now realizing what Kyouka meant; much to her embarrassment.[5]
As she cannot move on her own, Yuuki explains that he needs to accept the reward or else she won't move, so Himari continues and facesits on Yuuki. Afterwards, while Yuuki recommends she chose another power, she can't as certain abilities become unstable-- such as Paradigm Shift, which only grows her breasts 3cm. Seeing Kyouka give her all, Himari won't stop either, especially being from the Azuma Family. As greatness is expected of her, Himari has overworked or gotten sick from excess training, resulting in Yachiho pestering her as a child. Meanwhile, Yachiho showers while gleefully anticipating her match with Himari. Once home at the 7th Unit base, Himari aims to prove herself and needs Yuuki's Slave form to reach her goal to become a hero, similar to Yuuki's wish. To achieve that, they need to develop a finish move, especially since Yuuki has just been wildly punching the whole time. Yuuki agrees seeking to grow stronger, and a thankful Himari reveals Yachiho's power, Eastern Time "Golden Hour", allows her to control time.[6]
