Himari's Feelings (日万凜の想い, Himari no Omoi) is the sixty-fourth chapter of the Mato Seihei no Slave manga.
Summary[]
Yachiho Azuma discovers Fubuki Azuma and Himari Azuma, the latter of whom lies on the ground, nearly defeated. Yachiho attempts to intervene and save Himari, but is frozen in place by Maia Azuma. Yachiho demands that she release her, but Maia says this is for the good of the Azuma Family.
Fubuki tells Himari that Yachiho will not be able save her and asks what she will do next. As Fubuki gets closer to her, Himari gets up and steps on her spear and engages her in a fistfight. Fubuki easily blocks all of Himari's attacks and informs her that her ability, Sunset, greatly enhances her physical strength. Himari transforms her hand into a gun and fires at Fubuki, but she blocks the blast with her spear. Fubuki strikes Himari with her spear, knocking her down once more. Fubuki states that the fight is over and if Himari is a vice-chief at her level of strength, then the 7th Unit and Kyouka Uzen must not be worth much.
Fubuki's words cause Himari to recall the day Kyouka promoted her to vice-chief. Himari is surprised by her promotion, but Kyouka insists that she is capable. Himari cautions Kyouka that the promotion may bring about the ire of the 9th Unit as Himari fled her family, but Kyouka is unconcerned and still wants her as her vice-chief. Moved by Kyouka's conviction, Himari begins to cry and remembers the scorn she suffered from her family. Himari tearfully expresses her gratitude to Kyouka who, in turn, sheds a single tear, surprising Himari. Kyouka embraces Himari and tells her to hold her head high as her new position is a product of her will.
Back in the present, Himari unleashes an incredibly powerful aura and stands before Fubuki. She demands that Fubuki take back her words, but Fubuki refuses and insists that Himari force her to take them back. Himari displays her phone, showing Yakumo Ezo's profile. She unleashes Yakumo's Night Storm ability, blowing Fubuki away in a powerful gust of wind. Himari then appears behind Fubuki by way of Tenka Izumo's Ame-no-Mitori, which is observed by Kyouka and Tenka. Himari unleashes a rapid flurry of punches using Homare Azuma's Python ability. Finally, Himari strikes a pose and activates Yachiho's Golden Hour. She stops time for one second and closes in on Fubuki, delivering a powerful kick to her torso. Fubuki still stands, but Himari once more demands that she take back what she said.
At the Azuma Estate, Tenka observes that Himari is acting strange, and Kyouka says she has lost her temper. Tobera Azuma believes Himari has had an awakening born from anger and being driven into a corner and finds the development very interesting.
