High-Speed Showdown (超速対決, Chōsoku Taiketsu) is the sixty-first chapter of the Mato Seihei no Slave manga.
Summary[]
Tobera Azuma performs a ritual allowing Yachiho Azuma to pass through the portal that will take her to the battlefield for the Azuma Banquet. After Yachiho enters, Himari Azuma remarks that she and Yuuki Wakura are the only two left and Tenka Izumo wishes Yuuki luck. Himari and Yuuki go through the portal. Tobera stays behind with Kyouka Uzen and Tenka as they watch the battle unfold.
On a beach, Fubuki Azuma is confronted by Sorako Azuma and Takemi Azuma, whom she told of her location. The two chide her for being too full of herself. Fubuki states that she only wished to save time by defeating them quickly, prompting anger from Sorako and Takemi who prepare to attack. Meanwhile, Yumina Azuma watches them from atop a nearby cliff and prepares to fire an arrow.
On the edge of the battlefield, Yachiho desperately searches for Homare Azuma before she can find Himari.
Himari and Yuuki overlook the battlefield from atop a cliff, with Yuuki noting that it really is like an island. Himari also advises that their injuries will not be immediately healed, as with the Inter-Unit Matches. Himari thanks Yuuki for coming with her, but Yuuki shows that he is happy to help her defeat anyone she has a grudge against. Himari recalls the training they went through prior to the battle, including the embarrassing Slave rewards she had to give Yuuki.
Suddenly, Homare appears before Himari and Yuuki in a flash. As she takes off her jacket, Homare declares she will take Himari hostage so she can better deal with Yachiho. Yuuki dashes towards Homare to attack, but she almost instantaneously dodges him. Homare leaps behind them to attack, but Yuuki manages to fend her off. Homare begins to press several key pads that appear on her thighs while praising Himari and Yuuki for their performance. Himari explains to Yuuki that Homare is using her program entry ability and he concludes that she used it find them. Yuuki asks why Homare took off her clothes, to which Himari replies she is just crazy. However, Homare explains that she has sensitive and can absorb a huge amount of data through it. Homare activates her Peach blessing Python, which allows her to program movements into her brain, which her body then carries out accordingly, while also greatly increasing her strength. Homare attacks Yuuki furiously with him just barely keeping up. Himari fires at Homare with her pistol, but Homare dodges and retreats. Homare declares that her data collection is complete and she will defeat them in three "turns".
Homare leaps to attack, prompting Yuuki to dodge with his arm, but instead she only touches his hand. Homare then kicks Yuuki with a devastating blow sending him and Himari flying. Homare declares there are two turns to go. Homare taunts Himari, stating that she should fight back. Unperturbed, Himari says she will gladly do it. Himari calls for Yuuki who says he can do "it" now. Himari grabs his chain and Yuuki says that they will show Homare the possibilities of Slave. Homare calls out "Skyward!" as Yuuki begins to transform.
