The Slave After the Intersquad Tournament (交流戦後のスレイブ, Kōryū Sengo no Sureibu) is the twenty-first chapter of the Mato Seihei no Slave manga.
Summary[]
Kyouka Uzen begrudgingly begins to strip to fulfill Yuuki Wakura's Slave reward. Yuuki realizes that both she and Himari Azuma are going to go into the hot spring with him for his reward and Kyouka orders him to get ready.
In the bath, Kyouka and Himari wash Yuuki's body. They are surprised that this is his reward, and Yuuki explains that he was thinking that he wanted to relax. Indignantly and unconvincingly, Himari tries to argue that it is not a big deal since it is like giving a dog bath. Kyouka then presses her body against Yuuki, observing that he is more tired than usual. Yuuki confirms that there was big backlash from the two of them riding him at once, and Himari concludes that they should therefore do it only when necessary. Kyouka remarks that they will continue to utilize Slave in different ways, but for now Yuuki can relax. Kyouka and Himari lead him into the pool.
Later, Nei Ookawamura draws a picture of the two enemy commanders she saw and shows it to Yuuki and Himari. Yuuki confirms that neither of them appear to be his sister. He wonders why Aoba Wakura did not appear this time and if she might be part of another group.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Mato, the enemy commanders have gathered at their base, including Rairen who survived his battle with Tenka Izumo. He protests, asking the girl, Shikoku, why she interfered. Shikoku replies that she cares about her allies and that he would have been killed (a flashback reveals that she pulled him out of the vortex before phasing him and herself through the ground). Although Rairen insists he could have kept fighting, Shikoku argues that the destruction of the Shuuki troops was a loss for them and the winged woman agrees.
Shikoku recaps that they had previously attacked and easily defeated the 3rd Unit of the Anti-Demon Corps, though the 3rd's Chief was not present. Now that they have attacked the 6th and 7th Unit Chiefs, they realize a Chief's strength is on a totally different level. Therefore, Shikoku rejects Rairen's suggestion of using their current forces to eliminate the Anti-Demon Corps altogether. However, Rairen still protests believing they can still beat them, but once more the winged woman, Jouryuu, sides with Shikoku. Shikoku concludes that they will go with her plan of battling the Anti-Demon Corps once eight of their "people" have been gathered. Until then, they will move in the shadows. Furthermore, she believes they should probably move since they have revealed themselves to the enemy. Rairen finally agrees to Shikoku's plan, but demands that she not refer to themselves as "people", thus associating them with humans. Jouryuu observes that Shikoku has taken an interest in humans. Shikoku confirms that humans are, indeed, interesting as their souls are complex.
Meanwhile, at the 7th Unit dorm, Tenka watches over Yuuki as he sleeps.
