Miraculous Power (奇跡の力, Kiseki no Chikara) is the one-hundred-and-eighteenth chapter of the Mato Seihei no Slave manga.
Summary[]
Within Varvara's Pantheon cathedral, Fukuma derides her for talking about holy power in the presence of a "god", but Varvara condemns are as an evil god and attacks. Varvara unleashes a tremendous wave of ice, which Fukuma evades and slices at with her sickle arm. Prachi then moves in from the side, but Fukuma attacks with an elongated arrow from the side of her head, which Prachi stops with her Urumi. Jenna then catches Fukuma by surprise and slams into her with her sword and shield. The force knocks Fukuma away, but Jenna observes that it didn't do much damage.
As Fukuma recovers, she realizes she cannot penetrate the walls of the cathedral and must defeat Varvara to escape. Varvara then fires a barrage of ice shards at Fukuma that slice her into pieces. However, the broken pieces of Fukuma begin to reform into two smaller child-like versions of herself, along with her main adult body. Jenna attempts to attack one of the smaller Fukuma's, but she easily blocks her attack. Fukuma commands her smaller copies to deal with Prachi and Jenna while Fukuma battles Varvara.
Varvara fires another barrage of ice shards at Fukuma, but the Thunder God blocks them by rapidly swiping her sickle arm as she rushes forward. Varvara then creates a blockade with an enormous block of ice, but Fukuma easily cuts through. However, after doing so, Fukuma finds that Varvara is gone. Varvara sneaks up behind Fukuma and jabs a sword of ice through her back, completing encasing her in ice. Suddenly, the halo above Fukuma begins to circle rapidly and Fukuma breaks free of the ice prison. Varvara attempts to block Fukuma subsequent attack, but ends up taking a fair amount of damage. Fukuma tells Varvara she is at her full power and such an attack will not be enough to defeat her.
Fukuma says she has the perfect way to stop Varvara, upon which she transforms herself into Kyouka, claiming that Varvara will now be unable to attack her. She considers "teasing" Varvara as well, disrobing and kissing Varvara, which she suspects Varvara would not be opposed to. However, the cathedral suddenly begins to tremble as Varvara is filled with rage. For taking Kyouka's form in such a vulgar fashion, Varvara activates the final level of her Pantheon, "Holy War", bringing the cathedral's statue of Kyouka to life to destroy Fukuma.
