The Azuma Family (家(あずま), Azuma-ka) is a very powerful and influential family. Many of its members are part of the Anti-Demon Corps and other organizations specializing in Peach-related crimes. Their leadership is completely matriarchal.

After the events of the latest Azuma Family Banquet, leadership of the family has been transferred over from Tobera Azuma to her daughter, Fubuki Azuma.

• Many Azuma were skilled enough to skip grades.
• The male members of the Azuma family have not been shown and do not seem to hold any prominence,
  • Throughout the series it is implied that in reality the Azuma family was only interested in associating with men who could provide some type of advantage or strength to the family and once obtained they were immediately discarded. However, after the rise of Fubuki Azuma, she decided to change this policy.
